In order to ensure the subjects of small and medium-sized businesses and organizations that form the infrastructure for supporting entrepreneurship, information provided for in part 2 of Art. 19 of Federal Law No. 209-FZ of July 24, 2007 "On the development of small and medium-sized business in the Russian Federation", an official website was created on the basis of the administration of Tambov, containing the following sections:

- useful information for start-up entrepreneurs, including "Guide to a beginner entrepreneur";

- Normative and legal acts regulating the activity of small and medium-sized businesses;

- forms and types of municipal support;

- the activities of the Coordination Council on the investment climate and the development of small and medium-sized businesses of the city district-the city of Tambov, with the posting of the minutes of meetings;

- useful information, including a list of infrastructure facilities supporting small and medium-sized businesses;

- the register of free land plots and areas for supply to small and medium-sized businesses for the purpose of organizing their own business;

- register of subjects of small and medium-sized business - recipients of state and municipal support.
